On this website, https://www.kristinkuehn.com, I offer astrology readings on the basis of the birth data that you provide in the booking process.The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts that I, Kristin Kühn, Gagarinstraße 87, 07545 Gera, Germany, conclude with you as the user of my services.

Provisions made by you, or provisions that deviate from the following terms and conditions, are excluded from contracts between us. Your terms and conditions do not apply.

I reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. The current version of my terms and conditions can be viewed at all times at www.kristinkuehn.com.

These terms are effective as of April 11th, 2024.

Conclusion of contract

By booking a reading and clicking the “pay now” button, you’re making a binding offer to conclude the purchase contract. The contract is concluded when I’ve received your payment.

Ordering process

You can order online through my website https://www.kristinkuehn.com using my online scheduler, Acuity.

Prices

All prices are quoted in Euro.

All prices are as stated on my website at the time of your order.

All prices are final. As per § 19 UStG (the German Value Added Tax Act), no value added tax is charged.

Payment

All payments are made via PayPal at the time of your order (prepayment).

Delivery

Readings are delivered online via Zoom at the time of the scheduled appointment.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. To comply with the withdrawal period, it’s sufficient if you send your notification before the end of the withdrawal period. You may use the sample withdrawal form below, or you can just send me an email.

If you cancel your purchase, I’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification. For the refund, I’ll use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You won’t be charged any fees for this refund.

If you’ve already used your astrology reading, I cannot offer you a refund. This includes not showing up to your scheduled appointment, or being more than 15 minutes late without giving me adequate notice. If this is the case, you’ll have to schedule a new reading and won’t be refunded for your missed appointment.

Because I start preparing your reading as much as three days before your appointment, if you cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment, you’ll be charged 50% and refunded 50% of your payment.

Reservation of unavailability

I reserve the right to cancel your order if the service is not available, e.g. due to parallel bookings. In this case, I’ll inform you immediately and offer you to reschedule. Should a reschedule not be possible, you’ll be refunded the full price.

Session recordings

Any session recordings provided by me or recorded on your own device are for personal use only, and you agree to not share or distribute them in any form.

Copyright

All content provided by me on this website is protected by copyright. If you want to share any of my writing on this website, please include my name and a link to this website.

Applicable law

All contracts are subject to German law.

Severance

Any term of these terms and conditions which is wholly or partially void or unenforceable is severed to the extent that it is void or unenforceable. The validity of the remainder of these terms and conditions is not affected.
